Cava 50% Chardonnay Coupage

Combining the two traditional grapes of Almendralejo, we’ve get a cava with which we want to express the full potential of this wonderful Tierra de Barros. It is a cava with a clean, fruity and floral nose at once large and pleasant, on the palate is fresh, long and very refreshing with a final volume slightly acid in your mouth, amazing.

  • Grape Varieties: Macabeo 50%, Chardonnay 50%
  • Alcohol by volume: 12.5% vol
  • Sugars:  <5 gr/L.
  • Aging between 9 and 25 months
